By providing fully industrialized BMS products to projects with limited customization needs PURE ME offers reduced one-time costs and accelerated production readiness. On top of that, daily software releases are available.

Munich Electrification is fully focused on developing top-notch BMS solutions. With 200 full-time employees in our headquarters in Munich, and more of 10 years of expertise, we have profound BMS expertise. 

A standard BMS development can be a lengthy and costly process, while our BMS is already production-ready and running in projects with several 100k vehicles over lifetime.

PURE ME enables projects with standard platform solutions of Munich Electrification. Platform solutions are developed by ME but can be configured and calibrated by PURE ME with quick and agile software adaptations and fundamental integration testing.

PURE ME offers access to the second-generation BMS, known as the Bologna Platform — a versatile, mature, and compact solution with a wide range of features. Munich Electrification is also developing a new, highly integrated platform called the Barcelona Platform. However, this is not yet available as it has not reached Series Production (SOP).

Our BMS is compatible with low-voltage batteries, but it was specifically designed to meet the demanding requirements of high-voltage automotive applications. As a result, it may be more advanced than necessary for many low-voltage use cases.

Our BMS can scale up to 8P2S battery packs.
